Login Help

Your username is your work email address — the one your invitation was sent to. Sign in at the login page with that email and your password. No secret username, no member ID, no childhood pet required.
Not sure which email was used? Ask your organization's administrator — they can see your account email under Manage Team.
Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page. We'll email you a reset link that's valid for 30 minutes — requesting a new link invalidates the previous one.
If the email doesn't arrive, check spam/junk and confirm you entered the address your account uses. Your administrator can also reset your password directly from Manage Team.
If your organization requires MFA, you'll be asked to set it up on first sign-in — either an authenticator app (TOTP) or email codes, depending on what your admin allows. It's one extra step that keeps the bad guys out.
Authenticator app code rejected?Check that your phone's clock is set to automatic time — TOTP codes run on a 30-second timer, and a drifting clock is the usual suspect. Each code can only be used once.
No access to your authenticator? Enter one of the recovery codes you saved at setup instead of the 6-digit code. Each recovery code works once — then it retires, undefeated.
Email code not arriving?Check spam/junk, wait at least 60 seconds before resending, and note there's a daily send limit. Codes expire after 10 minutes and allow 5 attempts.
Lost authenticator and recovery codes?Contact your organization's administrator — they can reset your MFA from Manage Team so you can enroll again on next sign-in.
If your invitation link says it's expired or already used, ask your administrator to resend it from Manage Team — expired invites can't be reused.
For your security, sessions expire after a period of inactivity. Just sign in again — this is expected behavior, not an error.
If sign-in fails even with correct credentials, your account may have been disabled by your organization's administrator. Contact them to re-enable it.
Contact your organization's administrator first — they can reset passwords, reset MFA, and resend invitations. If your administrator can't resolve it, they can escalate to nQrypt support, who can perform the same resets for any tenant.
